I have worked in start-ups, agencies, large companies and the public sector, led interdisciplinary teams and owned complex digital initiatives through to launch.
A good idea is not enough. What matters is whether it becomes an offering people actually need and that works under real conditions. I connect go-to-market, product and operations.

I like problems where the answer is not fixed yet. When a process costs time every day, customers wait or systems keep people busy, good product work starts with a simple question for me: what is the smallest sensible solution that actually makes it better? That is how O/S began.
